Do we need a wedding planner?

It depends. We're not going to say every couple has to hire a wedding planner or coordinator, but we will say that the majority of weddings require multiple layers of logistics, months of planning and organizing, countless vendor interviews and will take over 250 hours to plan.

So you may not need a wedding planner, but for your sanity –and your fiance's – you should probably have one.

When should we hire a wedding planner?

For our Event Management clients we suggest booking 4-8 months prior to the big day.

If you're looking for a full-service wedding planner, you should begin interviewing as soon as you get engaged.

What's the difference in event management, full service planning and event design?

Event Management means you plan all of the details for your wedding, and we put your plan into motion - so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.

A Full-Service Wedding Planner will walk you through the entire planning process from securing your venue and interviewing vendors to budget management and more.

Your Event Designer will create the look and feel of your event, bringing together all of the elements from the catering and beverage options to the lighting, linens and flowers and all of the personalized details in between.

At Always Planned we do Event Management and Event Design.  Our sister company, Lúnasa Events, focuses solely on Luxury Full-Service Planning and Event Design.
