We met Tashina at an event held at Simply Love Studio and instantly fell in love with her. She was one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people we had ever met and Joshua was the same way. The entire day of their wedding you could just tell by the way that they looked at each other deeply in love they were. It was so cute just to watch them interact with one another. When Jessica, her mom and grandmother first came into our studio we instantly fell in love with them. Jessica is honestly one of the most genuine and sweetest people I have ever met and it was such a pleasure to get to work with her and her beautiful family. Both her and Kyle were all smiles out at Talon Winery where the day was just absolutely perfect. The ceremony was very touching with Jessica’s sister singing for them and guests enjoyed a relaxing reception accompanied by some good music and a beautiful clear night. We wish them all of the happiness in the world and hope they had an amazing honeymoon out in Hawaii.

Real Wedding! Brittney & Patrick at Talon

The very first time I talked to Brittney, I knew she was going to be a lot of fun! She had so many ideas and thoughts and she definitely needed someone to take all of her wonderful ideas and create the wedding day of her dreams. I believe we did just that!

Brittney and Patrick have such a romantic love story – they met in the Lexington, KY airport! While she called Kentucky her home, he was just traveling through. Their eyes met and sparks flew! This just makes me smile! (I romanticize everything and especially airports. I think back to the days when you actually got dressed up to fly and it was magical.)

Brittney and Patrick live in New York City and we began their planning over the phone. A few quick trips to Lexington and their wedding day was here before we knew it. It’s funny to look back on all of my notes from the many times we met and chatted over the phone and see how everything grew into the perfect celebration.

I love this image! I think Brittney looks so confident and by showing a little leg under all of that tulle – totally a sexy bride!

This last image is my favorite! I love that the bow shows their mutual respect for each other. It feels like we are looking into someone’s most perfect moment. I hope that Brittney and Patrick enjoyed their wedding as much as we enjoyed planning it and making it all happen. Cheers to a happily ever after!

Emily and Bobby!!

Let me start by saying that I truly love all of my brides!

That being said, there is something so meaningful to me to know that I have formed a true friendship with one of my brides. You see, when I met Emily and her mom I instantly knew that we were meant to be friends. Emily is the image of a modern southern belle and her mom, Julie sweet as pie! We have dined together and had cocktails together, laughed together and cried together. And together we transformed Talon Winery into a rustic, romantic and elegant venue for the celebration of Emily and Bobby. I must admit – that big barn has never looked better!

These first few images were taken by the Always Planned Team and simply do not do the decor justice.

The Wedding of Erin and Greg!

What a fantastic year for Always Planned! Two wedding where we get to work with the amazingly talented ladies at Angela Anderson Photography!

Erin and Greg were married at the beautiful Barn at Talon Winery in Lexington, KY on Thursday June 17, 2010 and it was hot! Hot as in temperature and in style. Her florist Jeanie Gorrell did an amazing job with the flowers and Lundy’s Special Events did all of her linens and catering. The food was amazing!

The wedding of Anjum and Faezah!

I must admit that when I first met Anjum, I was instantly smitten with his entire family! I was welcomed into their beautiful home with open arms and greeted by smiling faces each time I visited them in Danville, KY. When Anjum mentioned his beautiful bride Faezah his entire face lit up and you could feel all of the love and adoration he has for her. It was so utterly romantic and heartwarming!

Anjum and Faezah had a stunningly beautiful traditional Indian wedding ceremony in Vancouver and asked Always Planned to handle their Kentucky Reception. We enjoyed every moment of the planning and to see it come to fruition was breath-taking. See for yourself!

Always Planned is in the midst of wedding planning chaos and of course loving it! Sorry for any delays in our posts. We are sure you will be thrilled with the upcoming weddings we are planning. Here is a small sample of a mid September wedding at Talon Winery. We do love it there and I must say that this bride is truly an Always Planned bride! She is fun, romantic and stylish!
