I stay pretty busy. My typical work day starts at 8 and ends around 7 or so, sometimes later. This means I am always looking for whatever I can to make tasks faster and life easier.
That being said, I am hoping that blogging on my iPhone will prove to be a huge timesaver. This is my first blog post using the wordpress app.

So… if you are a non-traditional bride who is not a big fan of cake I have run across a great idea for you!!! Everyone loves melted chocolate, but chocolate fountains tend to be old fashioned and over done at weddings, so serve your guests individual fondues. Around the time you would normally serve cake at your wedding have your caterer serve each guest with a small tray of pound cake, strawberries, and etc… with a small cup of melted chocolate. It will for sure be a hit with all of your guests… young and old.
So the kid in me fell in love with these save-the-dates. It will definitely be something that your guests have never seen before. We all had the spy books and kits when we were little that needed a decoder to read the message that was written in your book and these save-the-dates have that same concept. The information for you wedding is written in blue ink and then there is red squigglies all on top of it. You send a red lense in the envelope and with that lense your guests can decode what your save-the-date says. The best thing is that you can do them yourselves. Follow this link and learn how!!
YAY!!! It is fall!!! Fall means football, big pots of chili and cardigans! Ok… maybe that last one is a little random, but it is true. Now that the temperature is dropping we have to start wrapping up and this is something to keep in mind when thinking about your bridesmaids and flower girls. Most dresses for your bridal party tend to have little to no strap at all. Now that cardigans are in style why not keeps your girls warm with cardigans that match their dresses. You can even find a plain colored cardigan for your flower girl and spruce it up with some sequins or beading. It will keep them warm by still keeping them matching and in theme with the wedding. Plus it is a nice gift that they can keep and wear later on!

So a month or so a go Andrew and I went on a romantic holiday to the Exuma Islands in the Bahamas, we stayed at the new Sandals Emerald Bay all-inclusive Resort. It was amazingly romantic, utterly gorgeous and breath-taking not to mention the fabulous service we experienced!

OK… I admit it. I am a HUGE Martha Stewart fan. No joke, I seriously think we would be best friends if she knew me! There are so many reasons I love her that I cannot even begin to tell you. But know this-you will never hear me say a bad word about Martha.
