For our Friday treat last week, Rayna and LeAnn brought us a cake from a bakery in town called European Delights. The cake they brought us was called a Princess Cake, so that should give you some indication of just how wonderful it was. This cake looked gorgeous and tasted even better. It consisted of multiple layers of moist vanilla cake, raspberry preserves, pastry cream, and finished off with marzipan.  I am fairly certain that this was the best cake I have ever tasted, and trust me I have had a lot of cake in my lifetime. After looking at their website, it seems that they offer plenty of other yummy treats as well. They offer a wide range of cakes, cookies, and pastries. They even make wedding cakes and have special offers for Valentine’s Day. So if you are looking for a dessert for a special occasion or just want to indulge in a guilty pleasure, I highly recommend European Delights Bakery!
