Rayna is sweet, southern gal from Eastern Kentucky and has lived throughout central and eastern Kentucky her entire life.  As owner of Always Planned, Rayna plays an active role in the overall design of your wedding.  Assisting with décor, linen selections, rentals and guest experience – Rayna is dedicated to exceeding your every expectation!  With a true love and passion for the relationships made during the process, Rayna is committed to the wedding industry and the busy modern bride.  When not working with one of her fabulous clients you will find her traveling the world, shopping or snuggled up at home with her dog Molly.   Her favorite time for a southern wedding is Spring or Fall.
