Today is our Four Year Anniversary! I just wanted to send a special note to my darling husband, Andrew.
From the moment our eyes met and our souls connected, I knew our lives had been changed forever. I cannot thank you enough for the many amazing moments – the laughter, joy and neverending smile you put on my face every day. Without your support I would not be able to have the freedom to do what I love. I am forever grateful. I would have no other person by my side on this wonderous journey we call life.
Andrew – Usted es el rey de mi corazón y el amor de mi vida! Kiss Kiss!
OK- on to the details of our wedding.
We were married at Talon Winery (Their first outdoor wedding!) on May 22, 2005. Photographer: Frank Becker/The Time Photography, Florist: Crist N Creona Designs.
We had a live band and a southern buffet catered by Thompson’s Catering. It was by far the most special day of my life (excluding when Andrew proposed, of course;)!!

I adore design. When I say that – I mean coming up with the colors, concepts, floral designs and small details. I love it! Being able to do so for a living is more than a dream come true. I am inspired at the most random of things. Sometimes its my client- I want to know about my client, what they do for fun, how they dress, where they work and more. Other times it is from something I see in nature, while shopping or a random picture. So where do you get your inspiration?
Here are a few ideas of places to get inspired.
Local Book Store – it can be over-welming, but it could be the perfect place to be inspired.
Favorite Store – you already like it. Why not be inspired there.
Home Goods – MY FAVORITE! For me, it only takes one piece of glass or art to be inspired for a design or theme. Home Goods has so many fantastic things!
Nature - Go to your local park, a country field or even a zoo. Nature is all around us and is perfect for inspiration.
So the next time you need to be inspired, think outside of the box. Your inspiration is right in front of you.

Maybe you or someone you know is interested in our Fall 2009 Intern Program. We have been very fortunate with our interns lately and while we hate to see Molly go (at the end of the summer) we are excited to see who may be interested in joining our company.
If you apply, here are some important details:
- Do not call or send an inquiry via our website. Clients and vendors call me and potential clients submit an inquiry on my site. If you want to be associated with Always Planned you must MAIL OR EMAIL ME your cover letter and your resume. No exception.
- This is a NON-Paid position. It is best suited for someone working towards a college degree and who will receive credit for the hours or for someone wanting to break into the wedding/event field.
- You MUST be fun, energetic, organized, detail oriented, creative and patient. If this is not you- please look into other intern opportunities.
Always Planned is a great company to work for and I look forward to meeting our newest intern!

Andrew has been the most supportive husband can ever ask for!! As you can see he also has a great sense of humor.
